Terrible customer service!! I was travelling yesterday from Las Palmas airport and I decided to try some of the perfumes in Jo Malone. I used 5 blotting papers and there were two more on the counter left from another guest. There was a woman in her 50s (brunette) standing a meter away in front of Tom ford stand just observing what everyone was doing. Regardless the fact that I wasn’t asked for help.. when I finished trying some of the perfumes I left the papers on the counter with the rest that there were there prior me( my mistake!) as I didn’t see the bin behind me. And as I was leaving she started shouting at me and proceeded to point out the bin to me an a very rude manner and without even saying anything. She probably thought I’m a child or something but I’m not and I do not appreciate such a behaviour. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My teenage daughters spent a significant amount of money at this store. Like many young people today, they wanted to take a photo with their purchases to share on social media. We didn’t see any signs stating that photos were not allowed. Nevertheless, when we were told off by a staff member (short hair), we immediately apologized.
Unfortunately, the employee responded in a rude and arrogant manner, with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. It was clear she was in a bad mood and not happy with her job. Instead of treating paying customers with basic courtesy, she made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
This kind of behavior reflects poorly not just on the store, but also on the airport and the island itself. It's especially disappointing, as every other Canarian we met was kind and welcoming.
I truly hope management addresses this, because this is not how customers—especially tourists—should be treated.

Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas, lo haría. Mis hijas adolescentes realizaron una compra importante en esta tienda y, como muchos jóvenes hacen hoy en día, quisieron sacarse una foto con sus compras para compartir en redes sociales. En ningún momento vimos ningún cartel que indicara que no se podían hacer fotos. Aun así, al ser advertidas por una empleada (con el pelo muy corto), nos disculpamos de inmediato.
Lamentablemente, la empleada nos llamó la atención de forma grosera, con una actitud arrogante, prepotente y completamente fuera de lugar. Fue evidente que no estaba de buen humor ni parecía feliz con su trabajo. En lugar de tratar con respeto a unos clientes que ya habían comprado, se dirigió a nosotros de forma desagradable, lo que generó una experiencia muy incómoda y totalmente innecesaria.
Este tipo de comportamiento deja una mala imagen no solo de la tienda, sino también del aeropuerto y de la isla. Es una pena, porque el resto de los canarios que hemos conocido han sido amables y encantadores.
