Burger King — Restaurant in Telde

For anyone reading the bad reviews, unfortunately, they are correct. Even though it is fast food, it is disappointing how everything is thrown onto the burgers. Lettuce and vegetables are often missing, and if they are included, they are rotten and hard. We returned to the counter and requested vegetables on the burgers, and we received a minimal amount. The cheese was also barely melted, so you could see the cheddar stacked on top of each other. Thick slices of unmelted cheese are only possible if the bun has never been heated. Not warm enough in any case, and that's right because your bun is already cold when you take the first bite. Unfortunately, the soft drink I ordered wasn't right either, and the taste was minimal. The flavoring (lemonade) in the machine is probably almost empty, and the mixing ratio with the water is not well balanced. In short, there is no good structure to be seen from the waiting line at this branch. Staff are overworked and running around. Together with the other frequent bad reviews, I advise you to choose another place to eat at the airport where you will have a better experience before boarding...

Visiting and eating at this Burger King restaurant was a total disappointment for me.

The place did not look clean, tables were not clean, trash cans were full to the brim, floor was sticky. The food was luke warm and soggy. The whopper burger was lovelessly thrown together, the chicken nuggets were undercooked and greasy, the fries were undercooked and soggy, the onion rings were not even recognisable as such: squishy and dripping with cooking grease.

Frankly, the food was pretty much uneatable. The hours following my dinner at this restaurant, I experienced stomach cramps, diarrhea and heart burn. Not a very pleasant experience on a 4,5 hour flight...

I strongly recommend against eating at this establishment if in any way avoidable.

50 % of the "order monitors" were malfunctioning or turned off.

This criticism may not be applicable only at this Burger King, and is maybe valid for all or several Burger Kings, but still.

It feels to me like a missed opportunity not to offer gluten-free chicken. As a consequence, you are limited to gluten-free regular meat burgers, fries, or a salad without any protein source. If gluten-free chicken was available, it could be offered both for hamburgers and the Caesar salad as gluten free...
