I have just finished a very lovely trip to Tenerife with my partner. We were waiting to go home and thought let’s go for some nice food. We came to this place as we thought it appeared nice and it looked popular. When we ordered our food, we communicated well with the server so we were sure we had placed an order for the right things, this was repeated back to us. When it came to collecting our order, (it has to be collected form the kitchen window), the kitchen staff had our food ready. When we looked at our food, the food was the same items but not with the stuff we asked to be removed. They were so rude to my partner when all he did was ask could they swap the buns out as it had sauce all over it and he doesn’t like it, which was told to the server. She was repeating no until she found the receipt in her pocket and gave him a replacement burger which looked like it had only just been put on the grill. By the time my partner had sorted his meal out, I realised mine had items which I didn’t want on my food. Due to the attitude and complete disregard of attention to us, I decided to not bother the cooks further and tried my burger, (it was disgusting), my partner realised he hadn’t received his fries. My partner asked them for the fries and they kept repeating ‘no’ and told us to find our receipt. When we proved we had paid for chips, the lady was rolling her eyes, put a small amount of chips in the bowl and dropped the bowl down to the counter even though we was waiting with our hands out. Considering the amount of money we spent on one outing to this awful ‘5 star’ burger place, you would expect at bare minimum a smile. What a joke of a place! If you don’t like people, don’t work in hospitality. What a way to end...

Firstly, the place looks visually appealing, but that is as far as it goes.
Tried to order 2 croissant and 2 coffee. One staff member very rude (Tall dark hair). Before we got the chance to tell her what type of coffees we wanted, she walked off making the coffees (which she got wrong because she didn’t listen to us).
Asked for milk for the coffee, it came curdled. Went back to explain that the milk was expired, was ignored. They simply made a new coffee with the same milk. Every customer here had been drinking this expired milk.
What’s worse is whilst waiting for the coffee, im hearing the staff calling us all manner of VERY offensive things, assuming we don’t speak Spanish. We do.
A message to management. Train your staff in the basics of hygiene and safety. This...
Read moreThe sandwich we had (chicken ceaser) tasted more like a chicken seizure.
The chicken was extremely dry, the bread was extremely dry, the cheese barely had taste. I don't like salad but I think that was the most tasteful thing on this sandwich. There is also no seasoning whatsoever on this sandwich. My jaws hurt because of the dryness of this bread.
Besides that that they charge you €8 for this sandwich and there are other sandwiches which are probably as distasteful and more expensive. I have eaten way better sandwiches this holiday for cheaper prices with a better view.
The chicken seizure has potential if the chicken is less dry, the bread is a little softer, the cheese has taste and some seasoning is added.
However if you have a hangover this is probably the most neutral thing...
