The Garden — Restaurant in Telde

The English breakfast at the airport food cafe garden was a letdown . The bacon was incredibly greasy, and the sausages were tasteless and seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Even the toast was a cut tasteless baguette and served with no butter. To top it off, the baked beans were lukewarm and lacked flavor.

Such a boring breakfast here. The man at the cashier didn’t pay attention to my coffee and he put too much milk. It tasted like water. The sandwich was overheated as he was busy serving other customer. I paid exactly twice more than an airport employee who had exactly ordered the same. I am sure they have some staff discount, which is perfectly normal. But I wish they could improve the quality of the food...

Beware, charged 39 euros for 2 x menu del dia, price should be 22 euros, there are very few advertised prices, you get your food and then line up to pay, by the time you do pay your meal is cold, the queue was only small but due to zero organisation or too few staff everyone's meal is cold.
