PlayZone Bowling — Local services in Los Barrios

Our first time there and we had a great experience. Our kids absolutely loved it. They tried everything. They have a huge variety of arcade and other machines. Plenty of hockey tables. A large selection of virtual reality. A bowling alley and also laser tag!

It was a dream for our kids to spend here almost all day. Staff was attentive and very nice. The girl from Bogota, Colombia was super sweet and extremely nice.

All machines accept euros. If you don’t carry cash, you can pay with your credit card and they will give you cash.

Machines are 1 Euro each. Some are 2 Euros. VR is 3 Euros. Bowling is 3.50 euros during the week and 5 euros during the weekend.

Great place for the kids to have lots of fun! Also the place is big enough to celebrate birthday parties there!

The only thing I didn’t like is that I was sweating inside the place. They need the AC a little cooler!

I saw staff fixing machines on site (on a Saturday) and also cleaning machines non-stop. Place is very cleaned.

Unfortunately, our experience here was not the best. The bowling alley was super cramped and it was all outdated. The light at the pins didn't work so we were bowling in darkness and the scoreboard wasn't counting the scores correctly and they said there was nothing they could do. It's located within the arcades that you simply can't fault as they have many of them and even have multiple VR rides and games that looked fun for any age. So it definitely seems that they spent all the money on the arcades and left the bowling...

Las máquinas están mal echas y los empleados no entienden de sus propias máquinas anduve jugando muchas maquinas en misión de conseguir tickets todas las máquinas (mayoría)daban una cantidad insignificante de puntos jugué una maquina de gusano que manejas con manivela y estuve jugando +8 minutos para que la maquina me diera 4 puntos lo cual no me tuvo que dar esa cantidad ya que por cada 100 gemas me dan un ticket y conseguí +3500 gemas (no llevaba la cuenta) lo cual equivalen a 35 tickets llame al empleado a que me ayude dandome los puntos conseguidos y me dieron no mas de 20 ya que ni el sabia cómo iba la maquina y tuve que explicarle el funcionamiento el en vez de ayudarme y tratando de entenderme solo se excusaba con que la maquina me daba los puntos que me tenia que dar ya que supuestamente no esta rota y me dio un par se puntos mas que como repito no fueron mas de 20 la verdad la calidad de las máquinas son pésimas ya que la mayoria estan rotas , no dan puntos a corde los precios de los premios y varia basura por el suelo la verdad que entre eso y los empleados que algun que otro no tiene idea de asistencia al cliente la verdad no la pase bien,además de eso la asistencia al cliente de las reseñas a sido pésima me contestaron con una ayuda para conseguir supuestamente más puntos en vez de aplicar una solución o explicaciones por la pésima ayuda de sus empleados y la estafa que me hicieron el día de hoy el cual fue de no haberme dado los puntos acorde la informacion de la maquina...
