Ok, so even the most mundane of weekly shopping in Europe is superior to that in America in so many ways, and this store will help you understand that fact. I love shopping here, trying new things. I am not sure what the equivalent is in America, if one even exists, since it's far greater than a super walmart, for instance, in size and scope. It's like having a super grocery store inside a full size mall. The food section is like a whole foods/trader joe's high end and mixed with a best buy electronics department + barnes and nobel + super walmart. This store has everything, household goods (kitchen, bath, bed), electronics (tvs, frigs, blenders, phones), books/mags like a barnes and nobel, fresh prepared foods (chicken, sushi, paella, soups), a whole fresh seafood section, fresh produce, huge frozen foods section, an alcohol section that would put any brew threw to shame, etc... And there are stores inside and surrounding this store, from bakeries, quick cafes, a burger king, bank, cell phone service shop, travel agents, atms that take tap to pay, lotto store. After making your tap to pay purchases, you could also use the FREE gift wrapping tables and supplies to bring your gifts home already wrapped. Amazing. While the surface parking was packed during 11am on a Friday, there was next to nobody in the free underground parking. Very clean and nice store. Easy to spend a couple hundred bucks here,...

Mala, muy mala experiencia. Tras comprar un ordenador portátil para trabajo, seguí las recomendaciones de la vendedora y compré una marca que no conocía: Medion, asegurándome en venta que era el que mejor prestaciones tenía en ese rango. Necesitaba un ordenador para las clases de la Universidad, utilizar Office y proyectar y poco más ya que en casa suelo usar uno de sobremesa. Al mes se bloqueó el arranque lo que me obligó a formatear el ordenador y volver a instalar todas las aplicaciones, perdiendo parte de la información. No quise pensar que fue más que un fallo puntual. Seis meses después mientras preparaba una clase en el ordenador se puso en pantalla azul sin más, impidiendo que fuese encendido de ninguna manera posible. Acudí a atención al cliente, pues necesitaba el ordenador para trabajar y estaba en garantía. Para mí sorpresa me dijeron que solo se podía reclamar un cambio en los dos primeros meses. Algo absurdo teniendo en cuenta que la garantía es de dos años y un ordenador que deja de funcionar a los dos meses y un día tiene sin duda un defecto de fábrica. Pedí hablar con el jefe de informática quién de mala gana se dirigió a mi, muy lejos de intentar darme una solución y con una soberbia y mala educación que jamás había visto en un comercio. Me instó a poner una reclamación a consumo cosa que evidentemente hice y me guardé las ganas de enseñarle un poquito de modales. Sus compañeras sintiendo un mínimo de vergüenza intentaron calmar los ánimos y recuperar algo de educación. Empatía cero. Pasará un mes para que la empresa me dé una solución y mientras he perdido horas de trabajo y un poco de fé en el buenhacer de quienes se supone que están para solucionar problemas. Compré un ordenador nuevo, evidentemente no allí y jamás volveré a comprar en ese establecimiento mientras sigan habiendo indeseables como este energúmeno. Pierden un cliente...quizás no importe.Yo he perdido muchas horas de trabajo y energía y eso poca reparación tiene. No compren en informática de este centro hay alternativas...
