A lovely buzzing commercial centre with a more Eclectic feel than other typical ex-pat ones locally. A group of mixed-aged friends celebrated a birthday at La Braseria on Monday night. It was busy, with mainly families and the service was friendly, polite and efficient. There was a good-sized play area for children, so they didn't get bored. Food was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of choice, although the bbq menu proved popular and delightful. Prices were more expensive than is usual for this part of Spain, although we'll worth it. Read moreThe haddock that I and four others had was dry, brown with batter that was overcooked outside but undercooked inside. One portion was sent back as it was a strange yellow brown colour. It was changed without quibble but the replacement was still a light brown colour. Haddock as with cod is usually white. The chips were nice and the staff are good. AstroTurf so very 'child safe' and has many high chairs for toddlers. You must be prepared for lots of noise as children are enjoying themselves.
