Disgraceful attitude by staff member to a paying customer in front of a busy shop.

I approached the till to pay and there was a staff member sat there as though she was waiting for the next customer. There was a red placard saying "Task". As this was my first ever day in Sweden, I wasn't sure if it meant "next [customer]" or "closed". In the UK we have placards for both.

Due to the staff member being sat at the till, I thought it meant "next". As I walked forward she started shrieking at me in Swedish. I said "I don't speak" while gesturing with my hands. She growled at me "You don't need to speak, this is closed" while aggressively point and shaking her hands at me to go away.

The staff member clearly knew I did not understand the language and instead of politely explaining the checkout was closed, she took out all of her anger on me. I am unsure if she represents the Swedish culture or if she is an extremely disrespectful human being.

In any case, my holiday to Sweden and my impression of the people and country have been tainted. I certainly won't be returning to this shop and I would advise the same to anyone else...

Nice and fresh vegetables. Unfortunately, not the complete verity in case of fruits, but quite complete. A small but otherwise complete supermarket with quality products. They make sure their fish are not red marked, which is something we rely on. They further have quality guarantee on their vegetables too.

The cons is among others that they have put all sweets right by the exit. If you wish to avoid sweets for your children, they have made it a struggle to do so. It's a lot of sweet they have put there. They are not exactly health aware...

You don't find everything here but you find enough to have a quick shop. The prices are mid-ranged with the occasional good deals on products of all sorts. The salad deck is a wonder as it always is wherever found; clean and appealing as it should be. Overall gets a 3 star for the lack of more product range especially considering the ²m size of the place. Otherwise recommended for a quick salad to have for dinner after a shopping day...
