The restaurant ambiance is tastefully decorated, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. Ordering from their intuitive machine was a breeze, adding to the convenience of the visit.

While the fries didn't quite meet our expectations and could use some improvement, the overall experience was positive. We appreciated the decent pricing and attentive service throughout our meal.

A small suggestion would be to provide more detailed descriptions of each product for first-time visitors. Nevertheless, we look forward to returning and eagerly anticipate the opening of their Copenhagen location. Bastard Burgers is definitely on our radar for...

Good quality, very tasty - definitely a few steps above anything more serially produced. The ingredients are top notch, and you can definitely taste them. But. It's fairly expensive, especially comparing to other high quality burger places. Part of that is obviously that it's in a mall, but still a bit more than I think is tenable. Secondly, they went a little overboard on the rustic minimalism of the environment, giving more a feeling of an unfinished area - and having their workers for hours on unpadded bare concrete is an iffy choice for the sake of an aesthetic.

I'm not sure what happened here, the burgers do taste OK but they went jaw-droppingly small all of a sudden. Upon departure, I was still hungry. The prices are the same, quite high, unnmistakingly because of high rent and other economical factors. We ended up paying more than 400 kr for 2 burger menus and a kids hamburger. I can find better and cheaper places, albeit I will gladly pay the high price if the quality and service is there. Sadly it's not. We have been to much better BB locations in Malmö, and in Gothenburg with better service than here. They don't seem to care much about customer satisfaction nor experience. We will have to think twice before stepping into...
