Only good thing about this store is that it opens at 9. Took a phone in to be looked at as the screen wasn't coming on even though the rest of the phone worked perfectly, was told instantly they don't fix Sony and noone does anymore, took phone to another store who fixed it within 4 hrs, just replaced the screen- looks like a new phone. Will always recommend this other store if needed- would definitely not go back...

Jag har varit här vid två tillfällen när min telefon gick sönder då jag jobbar precis i närheten. Vid första tillfället hade telefonen hamnat i återställningsläge. Phone Hero bekräftade för mig att det inte går att göra någonting, min information kommer gå förlorad. Tur att jag är envis nog att söka mig vidare - för det gick visst att laga. Den andra gången hade telefonen slutat fungera efter en uppdatering. Först får jag veta att de kan hjälpa mig med en ny uppdatering (genom att låna deras iTunes) mot en kostnad. Tur att jag gick vidare runt hörnet och fick hjälp med det gratis. Därefter var det strul med batteri. Jag går tillbaka till Phone Hero då jag vet att de genomför en gratis felsökning (om de inte kan fixa problemet behöver du inte betala). Här får jag åter informationen om att det "är kört", och att ingenting kan göras - jag måste återställa telefonen.

Phone Hero är säkert bra på att åtgärda problem de är utbildade inom, men ta inte deras ord för givet. Personalen är trevlig men verkar som sagt sakna en del kunskap. Jag hade vänt mig till någon...

They were nice and tried to fix my iPhone 6, but they couldn't. They had it for 3 days and they didn't charge me anything, but they told me my phone was dead.
