I was a good client for this laundry however I did not receive the professional service that I was expecting. I asked to wash a carpet. After three weeks I did not receive any message from them. I called and I texted them and they replied that carpet is washed and ready. I go there and they cannot find my carpet (they tried to give me another carpet of somebody else but I refused it). After few hours they called me back and they said they found it. I go to pick up it and when I come back home... surprise!: the carpet was not washed at all! I called them and they continued to insist that the carpet has been washed (I guess that they just forgot it somewhere). I asked them that the minimum action that they could do (for a client that wants to forgive them) is to come to pick up it from home, wash it (really) and, hopefully, get it back within a month. No way ... they did not want to listen to me and they said that for the price that I paid I was...

Can't recommend these folks highly enough. I booked a tuxedo for a wedding, and the night before my flight realized the shop was closed when I tried to pick it up. My mistake of course, but the owner found a friend on a Friday night to help me get my tuxedo. Now, I don't recommend making a mistake like mine, but it really shows the character of these gentlemen that they helped me out when they didn't have to. A wonderful business run by...

Jag kan bara beskriva min upplevelse av Ivans genom att återberätta den.

Jag ringer och bokar tid, och får komma snabbt samma vecka. Jag hinner komma innanför dörren, presentera mig och säga vem jag är, innan deras extremt trevliga och kunniga personal tog en titt på mig och gissade mina mått helt perfekt.

Prövningen gick otroligt snabbt och smidigt, och under hela processen var min upplevelse och att kläderna satt snyggt och bekvämt det absolut viktigaste för dom.

Vanligtvis bävar jag inför att pröva ut kläder då jag alltid upplever att det tar sån tid och så många försök innan man hittar rätt. Men här gick det bokstavligen på 10 minuter.

Att hämta ut kläder var flexibelt och snabbt. Under själva tillställningen råkade jag dock klanta till mig, och spillde på min skjorta. Jag pekade ut det när jag lämnade in mina kläder och bad så mycket om ursäkt och erbjöd mig att betala extra för tvätt, vilket genast nekades.
