Luftseilbahn Adliswil-Felsenegg — Local services in Adliswil

Brilliant way to either get up the Uetliberg or down. Spectacular views over lake Zurich. Easily accessible from the Adliswil train station, it’s a short walk to the ‘gondela’ however a bit of a steep walk as you near the gondela station, only mentioning this as courtesy. We usually take the gondela up the mountain and then walk on the top of the Uetliberg, either heading back towards the train that takes you up and down the Uetliberg or we head in the opposite direction and do a walk / hike towards Albishorn. You won’t be disappointed...

Very close to downtown Zurich (less than half an hour if you catch the train) It takes you approximately ten minutes to get to the top of the mountain (with the aerial cableway). Nice views of Lake Zurich. It is also possible to sit down and eat or drink something. There are also paths for hiking. I think it is an excellent option (along with Uetliberg) to get a glimpse of the lake and the city without going too far away from...

A panoramic view of Zurich is visible if you take the Luftseilbahn! Highly recommended to take this, go on a hike in Felsenegg and then take the bahn back. Another possibility is to hike up to Felsenegg and then take the bahn back. Or, do it vice versa. Either way, you are guaranteed to have a great time.
