Food was super great and really fast delivered. Prices match the quality of the food you get. Big down side is one of the waitresses wzs very rude to us. When we wanted to pay (by card) her terminal didn't work directly so she waited for 10 minutes in order to let us pay. Once she got the terminal working and my friend scanned her card wirelessly, she straight up told us we couldn't pay. That is was our fault we didn't have enough money. We tried again but she wouldn't let us because she didn't believe there's been a mistake. I asked here to try again by inserting it in the card reader and with all the motivation in the world (sarcastically) she let us pay and everything was fine, as we already thought so. TL;DR: Aggressive and inadequate management, questionable business practices.

I ordered through eat.ch a hamburger and put a note that I want it without onion, because I don't eat onion. The restaurant brought a hamburger with onion. I rated the delivery with one star, because, well, I don't eat onion.

Next time I ordered from the restaurant, a man came who said that he's the general manager of the restaurant, behaved very unfriendly and threatening, demanded from my spouse that I changed the rating of the previous order, that we never order again, and mentioned that he lives nearby.

We still keep getting non-addressed advertising booklets from the restaurant in out mailbox, clearly marked as "Keine...

Great food, good portion size, and top service. They are very accommodating if you want anything modified in your dish for example my lunch dish was supposed to come with fries but they subbed it for noodles instead.
