Overall an amazing gym. To enter you need to dowload their app and charge at the counter. It’s 1.2 ntd per hour. You scan a qr code on your phone to enter and exit so make sure to have enough battery! Most of the equipment was new and well kept with a wide variety of machines to choose from. Staff were helpful and kind. Showers were clean and they had plenty lockers. However, you need to bring your own lock for the lockers. Staff cleans a lot too. The inside was pretty clean. They had only two treadmills and they were curved treadmills, so, if you dislike curved treadmills you’re out of luck. Also, they had a scale but you need to pay 100 ntd to use it which I found kind of weird. Staff are incredibly friendly and speak great English despite it being more of a local spot. General gym etiquette is excellent especially form most regulars. They have microfiber cloths and sanitizer to wipe down equipment after use. Lots of people don't like to wipe down equipment after they use it so make sure to wipe before and after to avoid getting covered in some lazy person's sweat. Lots of benches, racks, machines, and cardio machines. You usually can find a rack or bench even during peak hours. Temperature is also great, a little warm for me but much better than other gyms...

Worst branch of the brand. Do not come here if you want to lift weights. Even the cable pull down machine, might be too loud and scare the females in the gym… Weirdest policy that I have ever heard. No such regulations at any other branch of this brand. Just avoid...
