Everything was ok at first. I don’t have any complaints with the food but just got very disappointed after finding out that they run out of rice. We were 8 people (4 adults + 4 children ages 11, 10, 7, and 3 yrs old) and we came in past 8pm and they gladly accepted us in. We didn’t wait too long too.
Then when I was about to get my rice I saw the rice cooker was empty. I waited a little because I thought they’re refilling it. Then when I came back the rice cooker was gone so I asked and said they’ve got no more rice. If only my family didn’t started cooking yet I would tell them to stand up and go somewhere else.
They offered me some free noodles which made me feel more annoyed because I hate that noodles in my hotpot. I tried to still be nice though but this review is just to remind new customers to make sure they have enough rice or any other food that you’re expecting to have before ordering. Also to remind the boss or the staff to please tell your customers first when you don’t have enough food before you let them dine in your restaurant.
