My family of 6  used Adventure Kaskazini during our vacation in January 2021 amid the corona virus pandemic. We spent over a week in Tanzania, beginning our journey in Arusha spending time at Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti National park. Whilst visiting those wildlife havens we got to view the magnificent big 5 (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and buffalo) as well as the incredible wildebeest migration along the way on this mesmerising/one of a kind voyage. We also had the pleasure of meeting the local Masaai people and learn about  their culture and daily way of life. We concluded our memorable journey by visiting the different locations where the stunning Mount Kilimanjaro can be viewed.

Tanzania is a special country with stunning natural beauty and a diverse range of wildlife.

The Ngorongoro crater is a breathtaking backdrop and the highlight of our trip. The 300km wide crater contains it's own Ecosystem.  It is Nature's Zoo, a sanctuary for the wildlife within and a vocation for any wildlife lover.

Adventure Kaskazini were always efficient, punctual and due to their assistance our trip went smoothly.

They went out of their way to fulfill our requests and made every effort to make our journey a comfortable one.

Our driver Benson, is a skilled navigator and shared great enthusiasm for Adventure. He was relentless in guiding us to locate the best viewing spots. Benson is well read and very knowledgeable on a variety of topics. He offers delightful insights on the animals and environment, from fine details to scientific explanatiosn and most enjoyably many of his unique personal experiences. If you're a bird lover he is an encyclopedia of information on every specie on view. he offers superb companionship as he always uplifts your spirits during long drives. He is fluent in multiple languages. He showed our family exceptional hospitality and courtersy/ great deal of respect and kindness - leaving us with many memorable encounters.

When faced with an obstacle he remains calm, confident in his abilities, whether it is bad muddy roads in which the vehicle may get stuck.. or a frustrating afternoon where the animals in search evade us he shows formidable patience and determination. Without Benson we would've had a significantly less fulfilling experience and certainly would have gotten lost on multiple occasions. He knows the endless planes of the Serengeti as well as you do your local neighbourhood.

On our final day we had not yet received our Covid test results and had to fly home. Benson spent over 8 hours at the hospital in Arusha waiting patiently and selflessly to make sure that we received the result in order for us to catch the flight home while we were at the airport.

He is truly an exceptional guide and a superb human being. Curating a splendid Safari...

A group of friends and I recently completed a seven day safari with Adventure Kaskazini is a new company, but the owner, Mohammed a seasoned expert. Adventure kaskazini staff customized a trip to match our interests, timeline and budget. It was easy communicating and making arrangements with Mohammed through the internet and WhatsApp. He was responsive and timely. The down payment for the safari was made through banking. Responsiveness, the trip details, payment methods as well as my comfort level were important prior to committing.

Our guide did not disappoint. He was waiting for us at the starting point (kibo palace hotel).The land cruiser was clean smart enough for our safari. Mohammed knowledge of the roads, the parks, and the wildlife, their habitat and their patterns was quickly evident. His manner assured us that we going to have an amazing and safe adventure. Regardless of being residents still it was amazing being in the Tanzania wilderness with Adventure kaskazini. At the end of each day, we were welcomed at extraordinary lodging with exquisite meals. The tents in Serengeti were unexpectedly comfortable with a full bathroom; yet it was thrilling to be out in the open. The staff was welcoming, gracious and entertaining. The lodge in other parks was comfortably rustic with waterbucks grazing in the vicinity. The dining and common areas were impressive.
