Extremely clean , very nice staff ,Ms Margaret helped us Lot . She is alway and she is always willing to help. She is very patient and find very nice solutions. You can ask her questions if you doubt anything or if you need anything.|We asked them to change our room and they did it without asking questions. All the staff are there to help you .|There is a gentleman at the breakfast that he even explains the food choices and he is always smiling . I spent two nights at the hotel. ||My first night was from a long road trip from Nairobi, and the other, after 4 days of hiking Mt. Meru, I checked into Comfort Eland Hotel in Arusha for a good rest. The staff were warm, the bed was cozy, and the hot shower felt like heaven. ||The room was simple but comfortable, with a cozy bed and a hot shower that felt like pure luxury after a long day of hiking. The quiet atmosphere gave me the rest I needed before heading back on the trail. Noisy church across the way, played loud music and singing the whole arvo and from 6.30am the next morning. The rooms aren’t soundproof either so you probably won’t sleep. My pillow case was dirty, the shower drain was partially blocked, there was no warm water and the shower leaked so you got your feet wet sitting on the toilet. We weren’t even given 1 full toilet roll and only 1 body towel each - no hand or floor towel. The toiletries were enough for 1 person only. The restaurant was out of a few dishes and the communication was difficult when trying to ask what vegetables were in the mixed veg and stir fry options.
