DO NOT BOOK A KILIMANJARO TREK WITH THIS OPERATOR. Badly organised, lies, I had a bad experience of climbing Kili. Shambles. I asked tons of questions but they will say anything to make you book. I was promised a group tour then on the morning of departure it turned out to be only me and Tanzanian staff who spoke little English. Equipment completely failed (completely sodden leaky tent, everything soaked) and I ended up having to share a cramped leaky tent with six men for several nights (I am a lone female; this is clearly unacceptable, no privacy for client or staff 24 hours a day). The porters were nice and I reached the summit but the company and the main guide were poor and inexperienced. After my trek I complained and received a part refund. It was my first safari and it was a great experience. For 3 days we hit the road with Éli, a very cool and knowledgeable guide. We had a lot of fun, saw many animals, visited a Masai village.
