We couldn’t be happier with Blessing Safaris for the wonderful job they did on our recent Tanzania safari. Five stars on anybody’s rating system isn’t enough. From the day I first contacted them to our final arrival at home from the trip they exceeded our expectations.

It has been a pleasure to work with Elibariki Simon on planning the trip. I’m sure we worked on this for nearly a year. He was responsive to my every question. I know that I contacted him at times that were late in the evening for him, yet he always responded quickly. He listened and understood everything I ever asked. He recorded my requirements and preferences. We made revisions at times. These were always accurately captured and rolled into a planner file that fully documented our trip.

We were blessed to get Mr. Zoya as our guide. Zoya has been guiding people in the Serengeti for 40 years. He is most knowledgeable and knows just about everyone out there. At nearly every stop someone was calling out his name, shaking his hand, or giving him a hug. He was entirely plugged in to communication throughout every part of our adventure by stopping to communicate with other drivers as we crossed paths. He knew where every animal we wanted to see was likely to be and demonstrated 100% success finding all that we asked.

Our trip started in Arusha, went to Tarangire National Park where we stayed at the Tarangire Sopa Lodge. From there we went to Lake Manyara and enjoyed a night at Manyara Secret. After that we went to Ngorongoro Crater and stayed two nights at Ngorongoro Serena. The drive from there is about 5 hours over very rough roads, so while Mr. Zoya drove the vehicle ahead of us, we were dropped off at the Arusha airport and took a plane there. We had four days in the Serengeti. We stayed three nights at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge and one at Sametu. As we departed from our dear friend Zoya he took us to the airport where we flew to Zanzibar and stayed in an overwater bungalow at Konokono Isaraya. This was truly a magical experience that was executed without a flaw. This professionalism makes Blessing Safaris the truly excellent safari company that they are. An African Safari in Serengeti, Tanzania had been a dream for us since long. Blessing Safaris made that dream come true. We were a group of close friends- 6 couples from different continents who got together in July of 2024 at Arusha the origin of Safari. Mr. Elibariki of Blessing Safaris orchestrated the entire trip graciously and beautifully including the finer details such as the pick up and drop off arrangements for each of us, as our arrival and departure times varied. We were put up at the best of the locations, in the mesmerizing heart of the jungle, and all our needs were promptly and smilingly met. Our guides Zoya and Mozes were simply amazing. Zoya shared with us many a parables of native tribes and animals and his vast knowledge of the jungle that he had acquired during his many years of countless Safari trips. Mozes loved to sing and hum and he would sing us a prayer in his melodious voice at the start of our journey. They both were very caring, loving and helpful in every way. The entire team of Blessing Safaris came together to make us feel comfortable with their loving and personal bonding with all of us and made our trip a memorable, once in a lifetime experience. Their chefs nourished us with yummy food and African delicacies. Our lunches were packed with utmost care. Love, care, cleanliness and hygiene appeared to be their motto. We have booked a 6 day trek along the Marangu route to the summit of Kilimanjaro. We were three friends and blessing safari organised a crew of 11 people for us.

Thanks to blessing safary and the amazing crew they organized, all three of us managed to reach the summit.

Everything was amazingly smooth, well planned and better than expected!

We were lead up the mountain by our two guides Dickson and Honest. The two of them were very knowledgeable about the nationalpark, its poeple, plants, climate, answering any and all questions i had. We were accompanied by a fantastic chef who kept us well fed and strong ;)

On the day of the summit we were helped (in addition to our guides) by our summit porter Lazaro, who kept our spirits high, while we were fighting the altitude and the cold. He was making jokes and trying to make us laugh, I really enjoyed his company.

We left our beautiful certificates in our hotel room, but blessing safari went out of their way to get them to us, allt he way to zanzibar. Within 24 hours we had them back, truly amazing!
