Ridiculous company. 15 minut flight was delayed more than an hour, cos the 80% onboarded passenger had to wait for 10 people from Dubbai. And after two weeks of asking for a delay certificate which every company just normally prints out from system, they asked me for refference of a flight I've never done in my life...(gave them details of flight Zanzibar - Dar, they sent me request for reference of flight to Johhanesburg...what a mess!). This terminal has nothing but s couple of food convenience stores after security check, good thing there are never lineups unless when I was there, small carriers meant fewer people, I doubt more than 500 transit throughout this terminal daily
