Ridiculous company. 15 minut flight was delayed more than an hour, cos the 80% onboarded passenger had to wait for 10 people from Dubbai. And after two weeks of asking for a delay certificate which every company just normally prints out from system, they asked me for refference of a flight I've never done in my life...(gave them details of flight Zanzibar - Dar, they sent me request for reference of flight to Johhanesburg...what a mess!). It is a very basic and heavily outdated terminal, unlike the futuristic and recently renovated T1, where most carriers operate.

This terminal has nothing but s couple of food convenience stores after security check, good thing there are never lineups unless when I was there, small carriers meant fewer people, I doubt more than 500 transit throughout this terminal daily

Only awarding stars for the fact that I at least get to the destination. If you book these flights, always keep refreshing your emails until you're actually boarding because they keep rescheduling flights and you might miss the memo and could even miss a connection from the delays.
