Customer service is something that the lady seated at the reception Miss NIARA should learn. I understand English is not her first language, but surely she needs training on how to treat her customers. I had a first hand experience with her, was running late so called to inform her and the response she gives is quote “ you cannot do that” I was lost for words and told her can we discuss this when I come over . I go over to the spa and expecting a greeting was I guess too much to ask . Instead I get a look which could freeze time … I shared my disappointment with her and guess what ….she blames it on her staff stating “ I am ok but my staff are not “ … seriously thats not professional at all and on the contrary when u meet her staff they are the best in DAR . I had 2 super therapists B and Phylin ,both are wonderful and experts in their field . NIARA is a disaster and she should NOT be in a front facing role . Loud , rude crass and unprofessional in many ways than one . My rating of 1 star is purely bcos of her demeanor and conduct . The girls there on the other hand are fantastic and deserve 7 stars if nothing less. Braze yourselves people if you ever call the spa and dare to reschedule or inform that you are simply running late and that too by a mere 15 mins late ! I would gladly shorten my session since it’s my responsibility to be on time but how you treat your customers is something that she needs to be shown probably...

I am utterly in agreement with the review below. Who is even manning the reception? The tone is unbelievably disrespectful. A mere 5-minute delay is deemed intolerable. Despite my 20-year history of receiving massages, such an encounter has never transpired. She seems to struggle to convey courtesy and respect, failing to create a favorable impression. It gives the impression she despises her role. I'm left questioning if she's compelled to occupy that post and represent the establishment. Conversely, the therapists are exceptionally adept and courteous. I trust the owner will carefully assess our feedback and act...
