Karak House — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

I might have passed several coffee stops but this one is just a 5. Yes it is a small start up but the owners and staff are very welcoming and have the best service one could ask for. We actually arrived at their closing hour and we're still served and surprisingly when we noticed the hours we left and stood out, the owner called us back and was ready to let us rest sit at his premises. Also the simple yet elegant set up and the easy access of sockets with usb made me realize that this place cares for it's customers. I would recommend fellow viewers to actually try the place out, be it small but yet big at heart.

Where do I even start? 😭 I loved this place the first time I came, the food was so good and decided to come back and bring back my friends. But the food today 😭 was bad the mishkaki were dry, the chicken tasteless, the menu of the platter didn’t have some items it showed it did. Worst customer service and the manager doesnt know how to do her job. I ordered jumbo karak tea the menu says 5000. Manage told me its for 7000. Whn i m paying bill she charged me 10000 saying sorry she made a mistake. How cn u make a mistake gvn prices? Serving broken springrolls And whn i ask for official receipt she hesitates to give it.
