Lotus's go fresh — Local services in Bang Chak Subdistrict

This is by far the most disappointing Lotus store I’ve visited in Thailand. The store layout is chaotic, shelves are often disorganized or empty, and basic items like baskets are constantly missing. The floors are dirty, and the overall environment feels neglected. Staff appear disengaged, and service is noticeably slow. It seems like customer experience isn’t a priority here.
