Bonchon Whizdom (101 The Third Place) — Restaurant in Bang Chak Subdistrict

After a long day of meetings at True Digital Park, I decided to treat myself to some comfort food and headed to Bonchon on the first floor of the East Wing. The restaurant's modern, minimalist design, with its clean lines and warm lighting, provided a welcoming atmosphere amidst the bustling tech hub.

I ordered the Soy Garlic Wings (6 pcs) and the Spicy Drumsticks (3 pcs). The wings were perfectly crispy, with a delicate balance of sweet and savory from the soy garlic glaze. The drumsticks packed a punch, their fiery heat tempered by the juicy, tender meat inside. Each bite delivered that signature Bonchon crunch, a testament to their double-frying technique.

To complement the chicken, I tried the Kimchi Coleslaw, which offered a refreshing tanginess that cut through the richness of the fried items. The Pickled Radish side was crisp and mildly sweet, serving as a perfect palate cleanser between bites.

Service was prompt and attentive. The staff greeted me with a smile, and my order arrived within 10 minutes, despite the dinner rush. They were also accommodating in adjusting the spice levels to my preference.

เรียกว่า "เซฟ" อาหารให้สาขาได้ดี ถ้วยก็จิ๋วพอแล้ว ปริมาณโควสลอ ก็เหมือนปาดๆมาให้ดูเยอะ พอส่องดูแล้วก็ ยิ้มอ่อน😅😅😅

ไก่ชิ้นดูบางลงในส่วนของไก่ชิ้น แตกต่างจากสาขาอื่นก่อนหน้านี้ หรืออาจ ลดขนาดลงทุกสาขารึเปล่า ในอนาคตต้องติดตาม แต่.. เล็กลงอย่างชัดเจนตามรูป

โดยหลักไม่ค่อยอยากโฟกัสไปที่ใครเพราะที่น้อยลง ชิ้นเล็กลง อาจเป็นที่พนักงานทำกันเอง หรือเป็น นโยบาย ที่บริษัทปรับเปลี่ยนก็ไม่ทราบได้ แต่ ...เล็กจริง ในขณะที่ ราคาไก่ ไม่ได้แพงขึ้นเลยแม้แต่น้อยในช่วงที่ผ่านมาและช่วงนี้

รสชาติ: (เค็มมากขึ้น)

ไก่: (ได้ดีตามมาตราฐาน)

บรรยากาศ :( สั่งมากินสบายใจกว่าโดนบวกค่าเซอรวิต)

ความคุ้มค่า : ไม่ควรคิดเรื่องความคุ้มค่าในการกินบอนชอน ซีเรียสเปล่าๆ

ความสะอาด : ทิชชู่ให้ลูกค้าเช็ดมือไม่มีให้ (ถ้าปฎิเสธช้อนส้อมสั่งกลับบ้านทิชชู่ก็ไม่มี) ทำการตลาดควรคิดบางเรื่องให้ "จริงจัง"

คำเสนอแนะ ... หากหิวของหวาน และอยากกินคาว ( ยังพอเป็นตัวเลือก ) และอย่าลืม ตัดเรื่องความคุ้มค่าทิ้ง...

รามยอนต้มยำหมูกรอบ - 9/10 เพราะซุปต้มยำเข้มข้นมาก ! รสชาติถือว่าเป็นน้องๆร้านดังในย่างบรรทัดทองได้เลย เข้มข้นมาก เผ็ดกำลังพอดี ส่วนเส้นก็หนึบๆเคี้ยวง่ายกัดขาดง่ายไม่มีปัญหา ส่วนหมูกรอบนั้นนำมาวางแยกอยู่บนรามายอนเพื่อรักษาความกรอบ ถือว่าทำมาได้โอเคเลย ดังนั้นหากคุณนึกถึงต้มยำน้ำข้นร้านดังย่านบรรทัดทอง คุณไม่ต้องลงทุนเพื่อเดินทางไปกิน เสียเวลารอคิวเข้าร้านอีก ผมขอแนะนำเมนูนี้ไว้ใช้เพื่อบรรเทาความยากนะครับ...
