Salarom Spa — Local services in Ko Samui

Best spa experience I've had on Samui!

Salarom spa is located in the Baan hin sai hotel. There are a few parking spaces available at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel and the reception contacted a kart to take us down to the spa. Although we did not have a reservation, they were able to fit us in on the spot - there were limited beds available, so we were very lucky. The massages take place in secluded patios that directly face the ocean. With soft music playing, the sound of waves in the background, and the aromas in the air, I felt like my senses were really engaged.

The staff were incredibly attentive throughout the massage session (and afterwards). I received the back, neck and shoulders massage and the pressure was just right and I left feeling absolutely relaxed. I would definitely be more than happy to come back to the spa for further massages, but next time I will make sure to make a...

When I asked Spa menu and available with kids at hotel lobby, the woman said to me go to inside of hotel area.

Then we arrived at entrance of Spa, another woman refused us because Spa is fully booked..

If Spa is not available without reservation, I think first woman should give us information about availability...

In addition, when we going to Spa area we ride small cart. The driver of that car was too rough to go with small kids.

From those reasons, I can't recommend the Spa to my family...

Lovely masssage in a beautiful spot. The spa is on a cliff set in the jungle overlooking the ocean so it is extremely relaxing to hear the waves crashing and have a refreshing breeze.
