Do not recommend for people with thick curly hair! They do not have stylists that have experience with the hair texture.

Response to reply from manager: I do not usually respond back after leaving a review but the response from the salon was inaccurate and unacceptable. I made you aware of my hair texture prior to taking the 30 mins ride to your salon. I have had multiple Olaplex treatments and K18 treatments in the past, as well as a simple blow dry and straighten. I did not ask for a permanent straightening solution. All I asked for was a treatment and blow dry/ flat iron. As a “leading” salon in Pattaya you should be able to achieve that easily. Also, I’m not sure if the person who is replying is the same person that was working the reception at the salon when I was being serviced, but this response is a lot more considerate and kind then the one I received in the salon. I was also not offered any other treatments or services as an alternative when I was in the salon. The receptionist was very dismissive and rude about not being able to complete a simple treatment and blow dry/ flat iron and offered me nothing but to leave. I actually went to another salon in pattaya and was able to get a hair treatment and blow dry/ flat iron easily.

Came here because of the good review and I liked the photos of the other customers hair. It was important for me that the hairdresser speaks English, which I was informed about that they can. But that was not really the case for me. She spoke a few words. But not enough to hold up a conversation. So I could only show her via picture what I wanted. I wanted short hair, but it was still very long. I thought that with a perm, it will look shorter. But I only got a perm at the tip off my hair. The photo showed her clearly that I wanted a complete perm, from chin downwards. Like natural waves. There was no clear communication what the next steps were, so I didn’t know what she was doing. Therefore I didn’t know when to intervene and just trusted that she’ll know what I want. By the end, my hair was still too long. And the perm that she did at the tip of my hair barely lasts. I didn’t wash my hair for 3 days after the visit to keep the perm. And when I do, I curl my hair when drying. Not even a month has passed and my hair is almost straight again. Also, they said that it will take around 2-3 hours. But I ended up staying over 4 hours!! And we had a reservation that we missed!! Guess our mood after that visit! I have been traveling on an extended business trip through several different countries in Asia. While of course I prefer to get my haircuts at home, the duration of this trip compelled me to get my haircut while away. About a week ago I did so in Manila. Pretty disappointing experience, it was difficult to get the haircut guy to listen to me, to ask me for feedback and to check that the haircut was what I wanted. I came out of that with what I would say was not a great haircut.

While in Chonburi I wanted to get it fixed and I found Signature Salon. After a few quick and courteous exchanges via messenger I had an appointment for the same day.

I cannot thank them enough for the job they did. They really took care to understand the style I wanted, and then were very meticulous in doing the cut. If came out absolutely perfect.
