I am very disappointed with the service I experienced at your store. When I asked about the price , I received no response. Instead, the employee turned their back on me and seemed completely uninterested in helping. This comes across as highly unprofessional and lacking in customer care.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with politeness . Unfortunately, this experience was far below what I consider acceptable service. I hope this matter is taken seriously so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I checked the price for getting gel polish on your website, and it does not match the information I was given at the salon. There, I was told that it costs over 1,000 baht, while both the price listed online and what my friend has previously paid indicate otherwise.

When I tried to bring this up again, I felt that you were not interested in hearing what I had to say. Instead, you turned away and spoke with your colleagues, even though I was not finished asking my questions. As a customer seeking clarification, I expect to be met with interest and respect.

I recently visited Hana Nail and had an excellent experience. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. Making an appointment on LINE was easy, and the owner can communicate in English which made the process even smoother.

While the location was a bit tricky to find, and my Grab driver had some trouble locating the exact spot, it was well worth the effort. The prices are very reasonable, especially for both nail and eyelash services.

I was particularly impressed with the eyelash service. It only took 45 minutes and there was no staining or irritation to my eyes. I will definitely be returning to Hana Nail the next time...
