The staff were super nice and super kind. You feel welcome and the prices were good. But when working with acrylic the girl that did my nails did not have the right technic. I asked properly several times if they could do it, I could even see that the staff and the manager asked if she could handle the nails I wanted and she said Yes. It was not a misunderstanding what I wanted, I showed in the picture exactly what it should look like and point out how long I want their example, even my husband who is Thai explain in Thai how it should be. Plus, the girl refered to the picture when she explained the nails to the manager. You could see quite clearly that the person who did my nails could not do it and I could see in her that she lost control and did even worse. I did not want to be disrespectful and tell her when she has already struggled for such a long time and got it done in nearly 4 hours! Normally if you can work with acrylic, you usually get it done in 1 hour. But 4 hours, my nails became super bad, there was a gap between my nails and the tip so that if it gets damp, nail fungus will form. It did not look how I wanted, they where too long, not even close to the shape, they were dented, the acrylic was so thin that it was possible to poke away with a nail and the polish had airbubbles that moved around. She made so many mistakes that she sat for two hours and filed to get some kind of good shape according to her. In my opinion it was super dented. I think she sertainly could be super good at other things as well as the other staff, but they have to dare to admit that they can not do just a sertain job if they can not or feel unsure then I might have chosen something else that they can handle. But because of this, my nails were pretty ruined because I had to do this again to not get nail fungus after I showered or bathed. Unfortunately, I was really upset about this after how the end result was and it is super bad because I think if you are honest about what you can not do, you get more satisfied customers. As I said, the staff is super nice but if you choose this salon check properly if they can do what you ask for and check out the sempel that they have done both underneath the nails...

I visited this salon two days before my flight because I wanted to come home with everything already done – and honestly, I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The nail modeling took about three hours, but it was absolutely worth it. The technician was incredibly precise, patient, and gentle – even though I have very sensitive hands, I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. The shape and finish turned out exactly how I asked, and honestly, it’s the best manicure I’ve ever had!

While I was there, I asked if he had time for a full lash set too – and even though it was super last-minute, he kindly fit me in the next morning at 10 AM ( Saturday ! ). The service again was perfect. He removed my old lashes for just 200 THB and gave me a beautiful, natural-looking new set for 900 THB.

Everything was done with care and professionalism, and the communication was great from start to finish. I paid 1,500 THB for the nails ( including removal ) and 900 THB for the lashes + 200 THB for removal. For 2,600 THB total, I got such high-quality work and an amazing experience. Wanted to give 3 stars but decided to give 4 stars in the end.

3 stars because it is just a regular nail parlour that should provide you the service that you expect. Not the best service but not bad either. Just average. I booked via Line in english and got responses immediately. When I went to the outlet, seems like there was a miscommunication because the staff looked like they didnt expect my appointment. Luckily, there wasnt alot of customers. They did the regular full gel mani and pedi which cost me 1169THB. Skills wise, felt like it was beginners doing my nails. Lines were not perfectly drawn but passable. But the service from the manicurist was nice and friendly so I still had a good time there.

Bumped up to 4 stars because the manicure lasted 4 weeks with no lifting or chipping! Still looks good even with nail growth.

For tourists, I think this is a safe choice...
