DO NOT use them!! I made a horrible mistake because I based my judgment on their reviews. I booked one of their villas back in May of 2024 through Airbnb, which was confirmed. In August I received an email from Elite Heaven's representative who asked me if I would be willing to move to another villa because a guest before my reservation wanted to extend their stay. I have traveled and stayed all over the world and have NEVER been asked to change my reservation to accommodate other guests. I refused to change or cancel my confirmed reservation.
Then, I received a message from the Head of reservation who informed me that it was in fact the owner who wanted to stay at the villa and apologized for the miscommunication and that they were going to uphold my reservation and there would be no changes.
I contacted Airbnb to explain the situation and they informed me that if the host cancels a confirmed reservation, they will be heavily fined and that I have the right to uphold my reservation.
The Head of Reservation emailed me again with an offer to “upgrade” and the offer was almost laughable because it was nowhere similar to what I have originally booked. The view of the villa was awful, it was further away from the sea and it didn't meet our expectations. I expressed this to the Head of Reservation and instead of trying to resolve their issue and instead of coming back with another villa, my reservation was canceled which was initiated by the host. I received an email from the Head of Reservation stating that the “new owner” wanted to stay at the villa and they had to cancel my reservation. At this point, I have received 3 different stories from them. They were WILLING to pay a heavy fine to Airbnb to cancel a confirmed reservation and that truly shows how much they “value” their guests. We are currently 2 months away from our trip. Me and my family have no place to stay.
If you want to save yourselves from the inconvenience and stress, please use a different company because Elite Heavens will not exceed your expectations. I would never want them to host me...
Read moreJust had my wedding there not too long ago. I rented two villas to accommodate my wedding party. We stayed for a total of 4 nights. I stayed at Tievoli and can only comment on this villa. The view is stunning and everyone loved the pool and beach. However, there were many cons that really made the stay so so. We understand how villas work since it is not our first time staying in one. We paid for the services and food. However, when we couldn't finish the food, they would toss it out and leave nothing in the fridge. This is strange because the previous stay at a villa with the same management company did not do that. Also, when we asked if they can make extra of something (like 1 or 2 eggs) for breakfast in the morning since another person wakes up later, they would decline our request. This is suppose to be a villa without hassles and stress. It turned out to be the opposite. Also other issues we had encountered during our stay:||||-The day of the wedding, the AC was basically not working at all in the living room. Everyone was drenched in sweat.||-There were bugs in my room, on my bed for two nights in a row. I brought this issue up to the management team but they did nothing but said sorry... ||-One of the maid (spelling? Kupa or Coopa) on the management team were really mean to the guests. Always telling us no when we asked if they have certain things. One of bridesmaid was fed up and went to the back herself and found the item (tape) she was asking for. ||||Overall, the amount of money we paid did not match up to the service received. The management team at this specific villa really disappointed us. On the other hand, the service my other guests received at the smaller villa was much better.
