Factory Coffee has quickly become my go-to cafe in Bangkok. The baristas here are truly exceptional, with one of them being the reigning Thailand barista champion. I recently had the pleasure of visiting their new location, and I was blown away by the experience.

First and foremost, their filter coffee is simply amazing. The flavors were complex and perfectly balanced, showcasing the baristas' expertise in brewing techniques. It's evident that they take great care in sourcing high-quality beans and ensuring a remarkable cup of coffee.

In addition to the filter coffee, I also tried their signature coffee, and it did not disappoint. The rich aroma and velvety smoothness made each sip a delight. It's evident that the baristas at Factory Coffee are passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee.

To be honest, I didn't know about this coffee shop until many influencers reviewed it. This branch is the headquarters and is always packed with customers. I arrived at the shop around 10 AM to 1 PM. There were customers coming and going all the time, including travelers, supercar groups, and regular customers. I think this is probably because there is a parking lot. Inside the shop, there is a counter for ordering food and a coffee bar. Although the seats are rarely all full, you don't need to worry because there are plenty of them.

The recommended menu item is the Supreme, a coffee with creamy milk and syrup topped with shaken espresso, so glamorous ones shouldn't miss it! The Earl Grey cake was also delicious! It had a great cake texture, and the well-blended Earl Grey flavor...

Poor queue process and greeting staff training

I went there on Sun 9 Jun 24, noon time, saw in FB and want t o try their coffee

There are about 10+ people waiting outside. There are 2 kind of queues dine in or take away and I choose take away with 6 queue before me. Then the greeting staff stopped at the door ask for my queue and then said I have to wait outside ( no shadet and definite hot outdoor cement seat), which actually there is plenty of space for me and the rest, but staff choose to let customer waiting outside. So I dropped my queue and go find another coffee store . Thinking about possible situation e.g. hot weather, raining,parent with children, elder customet, etc.

Crowded in-store wont kill anyone but will kill a good...
