Service 3🌟 The hong kong restaurant was divine when it comes to the quality and taste of food, the pork dumpling xiaolongbao was on of the best i had, the dumpling it self was not too gingery the soupe wasnt to sweet, when you added the ginger and vingar it was next level. ThenWhen you added the chill oil/paste was a different level again. It was the best i had.
The dim sum (pork is not just plain pork, its pork shumai, it had prawn too. It was also nice.
The prawn dumpling was quiet soft in texture, and it was so fresh.
The pork spring rolls where very fresh and good flavour. The dipping sauce is a little soup, it goes hand in hand with the spring roll!
The chicken feet where apicy then the ones iv had back in australia. I enjoyed them. They where super soft :-) amazing for collagen!!!
