I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The tablecloths were visibly dirty, one glass was unclean, and the windows were smudged and unclean, giving the entire space an untidy appearance. One of the most concerning issues was the presence of flies throughout the dining areaand presence of hair in one of the served plates. It was extremely off-putting and raised questions about the overall hygiene of the establishment. To make matters worse, there was a lot of smoke trapped in the closed space, with no proper ventilation to alleviate it, making the atmosphere uncomfortable and unhealthy. The servers seemed indifferent, rarely checking on tables or attending to customer needs. This lack of attention added to the overall poor service experience. Additionally, some of the dishes provided were chipped, which is unacceptable and unsafe for diners. Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, lack of ventilation, inattentive staff, and unsuitable dishware made this visit highly disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant unless significant improvements are made.

The decor here is stunning and the bourgeois of Tunisia definitely come here to be ‘seen’. Service was fairly average considering the price tag. There is wine available and I’d pass on the shrimp cocktail as a starter. My main was delicious and so was the dessert but my friend’s steak was a little tough however, that’s fairly common in Tunisia

The restaurant might look nice but it had many defects. First of all it’s small and the smell of the food is strong. Secondly, the service takes care and pays attention only to whoever they want. They forgot our food and serviced other tables that came after us while we were left waiting for over 50 minutes. We tried to call them for water or for bread and the waiter was not even listening to us, when we figured he was ignoring us. Worst place. Don’t let the decoration fool you. Calamari was defrost and not...
