Smile Team Turkey - (Dental Implants, Crowns, Veneers & Teeth Whitening) — Local services in Muratpaşa

I just returned from my first trip to Smile Team clinic in Antalya two days ago and really need to write this review. I live in NYC and here in US dental care is very good, but unfortunately it costs crazy amount of money to have done extensive work I needed to. After most a year of very detailed research and considering different options I decided to go with Smile Team in Antalya. I started my conversation on social media a was in touch with Natalie from the first hello until our arrival in Antalya. Natalie was very responsive, always answered my questions almost immediately and was very detailed oriented and positive in her responses. Thank you Natalie and I will talk to you soon our second trip by the end of this year. After we arrived in Antalya we were greeted by the driver and he drove us to our hotel Pure Blanch. It is a small hotel, that caters mostly to dental tourists,mostly from UK.It is small, clean and offers free breakfast. The staff is friendly and eager to help with any questions. The morning after our arrival, I was contacted by Smile Team front desk person Bahar, who explained to me how I will be notified about my appointments, how I meet the driver and everything else I needed. Thank you, Bahar. I really appreciate you. The clinic is very high end, clean and uses state of the art equipment. At my arrival there I was really impressed. I came to Antalya for pretty extensive procedure. I knew in advance there was a possibility of bone drafting and sinus lift surgery bilaterally ( on both sides ). I also needed 10 extractions and 12 implants, All on six treatments on both upper and lower jaws. Pretty scary, huh? Before you start your treatments They will introduce you to your personal case manager who will meet you every time you get to clinic, will be present with you to answer any questions etc. My guy was EFE! What a nice young fella. He really took good care of me and was there for me all the time. EFE I thank you very much and can’t wait to see you and talk to you again in December. You’re the best! My surgeon was Dr. Tolgahan. After my X-rays and tomography was taken, we discussed what would be the best treatment for me. I had 10 extractions, two sinus lifts, bone grafts in upper jaw and 12 implants ( six upper and six lower) Dr. Tolgahan was able to do all of this in one almost 4 hours long surgery and I was done. No pain during, some swelling after, soreness post surgically, that’s all. He is very skilled, experienced, highly educated dental surgeon. I can’t be more grateful he was the one to do my procedure. Thank you doc and see you soon! I am very grateful for your dedication to you patients, your expertise, experience and skills. You really rock, doc! Also I would like to thank his assistant BUSRA, who is very patient and friendly. Because all my treatments require a bit longer time to heal, I can start my next and final round in 7-8 months. I seriously can not wait till December to see all these great people again. Overall my entire experience with Smile Team exceed my expectations by at least 1000%. I only mentioned people I worked with and if I forgot anyone, please forgive me. They are all very good at what they do and you’ll feel like you’re visiting your friends or family. I appreciate every one of you guys and wish you all the best. Thank you very much and see you soon in December. Can’t wait ! PS: Antalya is really very pretty and there is lot to do and see, so in between your treatments get ready for beautiful beaches, some historical sites, great Turkish food. Turkish people are very friendly and hospitality is great. The greatest part of this journey for me was, getting my so needed treatments while enjoying myself and feeling like vacationing. Not long back from the smile team in Turkey and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Initial conversations with them started in January with them asking for pictures of my teeth, and any ongoing health related issues. A detailed plan was received for the possible treatment including price, and in my case it was 6 implants on top, plus 12 crowns on the bottom. They advised there may be other treatment needed, but would not be able to confirm until a detailed 3D xray was carried out. This of course could be carried out by myself at a uk dentist then sent over, but i chose not to go down this route. At no stage did i feel pressured to complete the treatment and was given time to go through all the information they provided. The 1st part of my treatment was a 5 day visit in March, and was greeted at the airport, and taken to the Hotel. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was received from the smile team when i landed advising of appointment time and what time i would be getting picked up by the taxi. Arrived at the smile team you are welcomed by staff which have genuine smiles to see you and put you at complete ease. The facility is very clean and modern and like others have said they make you feel like you are part of their family. A detailed xray was taken then consultation with the Dr to go through possible treatment plan, and everything was explained in detail. At every stage of treatment you are sent away with the do's and dont's and again taxi to and from the hotel. Any on going questions they are a txt away via WhatsApp, and they reply very quickly. 2nd Visit was for a week, and again staff could not be any more helpful or nicer. They are also perfectionist when it comes to your finished smile, and take time to listen to any concerns and to make adjustments. Im really thrilled with my new smile,and everyone at the smile team has exceeded my expectations as has the overall experience. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the smile team to anyone who wants any dental work done in the future. They never paid me any money, they lied about that, there was no intension to pay for the faulty work they do. They offered me €100 for something that’s gonna cost me thousands of euros to fix… and then didn’t even give me that!!!…….So it’s been about two years and now my bridge broke, and because they are in favor of connecting Teeth in this clinic, I will need to replace five crowns in order to restore the bridge Once again, they will not be financially responsible for this, and I recommend that you think twice before using them Cubic zirconia is not supposed to break after two years I need financial compensation I attached another photo below

Totally regretted using your clinic UPDATE. I have posted a picture below, showing how many teeth that you can visibly see have been drilled through the crown to fix the work. They threaten to sue for writing real reviews, which if you read the Google policy you will see that you are completely allowed to describe your experience with any business registered with Google. I have provided a picture of all the redone teeth. I had to do over two years since leaving their care. You did not remedy any of the issues I had, and simply passed it off as “sensitivity” or saying that I “clinch my teeth”. They asked for proof and in the same breathe told me they will not refund any money. I know that you will not refund anyone’s money as is evidenced with your response below.

DO NOT GET FOOLED LIKE ME … they did horrible work on me and have not taken financial accountability for their failures in my case. Just like before, I refuse to come back to your clinic to be mistreated again

I have made them aware of the problem and each time they tell me that the only option is for me to go back there and fix it, which I will not do because I do not trust that they can fix the problem. I’ve wasted so much money and health being...
