Mado — Restaurant in Muratpaşa

The ice cream was very good and one of the waitresses was sweet.

The service was extremely slow. The waffle was burnt but it was covered with lots of sauce and ice cream. They didn’t charge us for it which was fair of them.

I came a few months ago and the kids play area was dirty and there were no baby change facilities. I told them about it and suggested they cleaned it better and put in some facilities for baby changing…. I came today and the play area was so dirty I had to wash our kid in the bathroom before we left. There are still no baby changing facilities. Clearly an establishment that ignores reasonable suggestions by their customers.

Most of the staff were slow and looked very sad and depressed.

Outside fans were insufficient as it was still very humid and inside the Air Conditioning seemed totally ineffective.

In the morning we had breakfast here and it was of good quality, as usually in Mado Cafés. But when we came back one evening, Künefe was sold out, which isn't a big problem. I ordered then a dessert that included a bowl of banana in chocolate. The waitress brought the dessert without commenting that something is missing. When I asked for this part of the dessert the waitress just said that the fruits are sold out, no excuse or offer of...

Yine bir kahvaltı serüveni. Mado listemdeydi. Hep ertelemekteydim. İyi ki de ertelemiş in. Mekana gelecek olursak. Vasat bir mekan. Hava sıcaktı vantilatörler yetersizdi. Esinti ile dışarıdaki lavabodan koku geliyordu ara ara. Kahvaltıya gelecek olursak. 2. Kişi serpme kahvaltı söyledik. Çok az çeşit geldi. Örnek kahvaltıda 1 çeşit reçel vardı. Madonun kendilerine has süt reçeli yoktu mesela. Biz bildiğimiz için sorduk. Extra ödeyelim dedik. Bizimle ilgilenen arkadaş sağolsun kendisi ikram etti. Sıcaklar olarak menemen ve patates kızartması sosis vardı. Menemen eh işte. Patatesler sıcak normal. Sosis kötü. Ekmekleri normal. (Extra bir fark yok) Kaymak ve bal vasat lezzetlerdeydi. Vişne reçeli eh işte. Çemen normal. Tulum peyniri ceviz güzel. Beyaz peynir güzel. Taze kaşar eh işte. Tahin pekmez eh işte. Zeytinler vasat. Süt reçeli güzel. Zeki Müren göbeği dediğimiz sütlü şeker var ya ona benziyor lezzeti. Çay çok iyi. Çay termos benzeri bir kapalı demlikte geliyor. 4-5 bardak çıkıyor. Sıcak tutuyor. Bitince yenisini isteyebiliyorsunuz. İlgi ve hizmete gelecek olursak. Bizimle ilgilenen hanımefendi hem kibar hem güler yüzlü hem ilgiliydi. Şuan bizim için Madoyu gidilebilir kılan çalışanlarıdır.
