A special moment stood out during my visit: shortly after being seated, a staff member politely asked if I would mind switching tables to accommodate a larger group. They handled the request with such grace, and as a token of appreciation, they surprised me with a complimentary dessert – a slice of rich pumpkin pie topped with tahini and crushed nuts. It was absolutely divine and a beautiful gesture that speaks volumes about their hospitality.

Went to this restaurant with my family the other night and was quite disappointed with the experience. We ordered the spaghetti bolognese, five cheese ravioli, manti and garlic chicken and all of us were extremely underwhelmed with our dishes. The food lacked flavour and the portions were small. Furthermore, we were brought beverages we didn’t order, and when we pointed this out politely, the waiter seemed annoyed and didn’t respond as he took them back before they made the same mistake again later on. This unwelcoming attitude continued for the entirety of our visit. On top of this, they didn’t bother to ask if we wanted any drinks the entire evening until we managed to get their attention and ask them ourselves. I wanted to comment very carefully due to my less-than-positive experience with the Istanbul branch. However, in this branch, I received high-quality food, and the space is well-designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We tried the Turkish breakfast for two, which was ample for three people. We ordered caramel macchiatos, which were too sweet for me, but my friends enjoyed this drink.
