ISG Lounge — Local services in Pendik

The only lounge at Saw budget terminal,Hub of Pegasus airlines. During my onward journey in morning hours I was told the lounge is full no seat, but I can go in for food. I decided to try on my return leg. During my return at evening hours it was relatively full with few seats available. So checked in. It’s a decent one with its own downsides, yet something is better than nothing. Being holy month thought there would be no alcoholic drinks alike in doha lounges, but on contrary it was all there. Drinks limited to water, Apple juice, one type tap beer and wine. The food is extremely limited, with just sausages and fried potatoes, boiled beans and salad. one type cold sandwich. Interior decoration is good and maintained. Biggest downside which the management can look into is the number of washroom, just only one for entire overflowing population make it worse. This could be a priority room to improvement, rest all doesn’t matter much. It is understandable the terminal is budget terminal for budget travellers and not for business travellers, yet washroom is basic amenities which can be provided. The best part it’s very good place for plane spotting, especially for the liftoffs. The free wifi is very good and much appreciated. The temperature is well controlled. ATTENTION SCAM ! THE WORST LOUNGE, I purchased the Istanbul Plaza Lounge (Sabiha Gocksen) online (March 7th 2022), and after my payment I didn't receive any ticket, nothing, so once in the airport I went to the info desk and the man in the desk told me they had nothing under my credit card number, so I pay again, also he was totally unfriendly, and the thing no one told you is the PLAZA LOUNGE is closed, they send you to a small LOUNGE. The man in front desk charge my credit once more. 2 days after, I receive 2 charges on my credit card, the online purchase and the front desk purchase, since March I am claiming for the money, and they don't answer, it's been already more than 2 months since then, also my bank here in Germany can't do anything: PLEASE BE CAREFUL and DON'T TRUST...

Not a very good impression of this lounge. I visited the lounge during morning hours (7-10 am) for a 3-4 hrs layover at Sabiha Gökcen airport. Very busy and not enough seats/space for people, some people were sleeping on the one sofa area for hours whereas others had to stand for a while before they even got a seat. Poorly managed!

Food spread was quite disappointing, only a couple of bread options, with modest spreads. One hot dish, 2 types of basic cereal. Also I noticed they had both wine and beer, maybe drop one of these and provide some more food. Not too impeessed by the coffee either. The price is not so high, but I did expect better!
