Turkish Airlines Lounge — Local services in Pendik

We family of three arrived at 4 am didnt sleep at all super tired and the lounge was not busy, we found a big coach to sleep and the staff didn’t let us Sleep, they woke others who were sleeping on the couches too😯I am a frequent traveler for 25 years and never been treated like that. It’s against the humanity. They care about the appearance and don’t care about you as a human. You pay for business tickets to be comfortable and treated well especially when arriving during night time when you want to rest. I don’t think turkish airlines has a material of star alliance. After complaining, the business lounge concierge gave us one suite with a tiny bed. None of us ended up getting some proper rest. Don’t Wake people up when they are sleeping in a business lounge....

My brother couldnt board the ship because one of the pages on his passport was wrinkly. After that i boarded the ship and the seat of my brother was full immediatly even tho we didnt board until the last moment. I asked the person who got the seat how that is possible, he told me knows the guy who didnt let us through. He told me he didnt pay for it and i was shocked. I m never going to book anything from turkish airlines ever again and i would i advise anyone the same. I m turkish btw....

Good verity of food and drinks. Turkish sweets, tea, coffee, wine, soft drinks.. Not good for business travelers. All the electricity outlets were damaged so forget about charging mobile or using laptop. It’s crowded. It did not look to be clean or hygiene. No Turkish Airline staff inside the facility. I wanted to check my reservations so had to go outside the lounge. There are some places for kids to play and simulators for adults including golf simulator space and...
