This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Abu Dhabi. The food was super tasty, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. The waiter(Mr. Altamky) acted friendly at first but then brought us a bunch of items we never ordered and added every single one to the bill. That’s not a mistake, that’s straight-up dishonesty.
And just when I thought the night couldn’t get worse, my friend ordered something and the lies started pouring out of this guy’s mouth. First, “Oh, we don’t have that dish, it’s new” (then why is it on the menu?), then magically it can be made, but it’ll take 30 minutes and then finally “Oh, we don’t have it at all.” Seriously? Make up your damn mind. It was clearly a scam. We weren’t being served, we were being strung along in some absurd sales tactic to push something else on us.
And let me be very clear, the most infuriating part of the entire experience was when the waiter asked for my phone number. He tried to play it off like it was “for the system.” Are you kidding me!? That’s a straight-up lie and a disgusting excuse to invade someone’s privacy. There is absolutely NO REASON a waiter should be asking for a guest’s personal number. It was sleazy, manipulative and completely out of line. I was shocked and furious. In a place like Abu Dhabi where you expect to feel safe, this was the exact opposite. It’s not just unprofessional, it’s predatory. I don’t care how good the food is, no one should tolerate this kind of behavior. This waiter ruined the entire evening and honestly, shame on this place for allowing it to happen.
I will never come back to this restaurant just because of the waiter and I strongly warn others to stay away. Let me be crystal clear: I don’t care how good the food was. This experience was revolting. Shame on this restaurant for letting someone like that represent them. I will never return and I strongly urge others to stay far away. You don’t deserve to be lied to, manipulated or harassed under the guise of...
Read moreThe place is decent, but it caters more to smokers than non-smokers. The non-smoking area is quite limited, with only three tables located near the cashier, while the rest of the space is filled with argeeleh, making it less suitable for those who prefer a smoke-free environment.
As for the food, it was generally good. We ordered the Shish Tawook in a clay pot, and while the vegetables were flavorful, the chicken left something to be desired. It lacked spices and wasn’t grilled as one might expect—it seemed to have been cooked without the distinctive smoky flavor of charcoal grilling. On a positive note, they serve their own freshly baked bread, which was delicious and paired well with the meal. The portion sizes were generous, making it good value for the price.
I also ordered a mango juice, which I was assured was fresh, but it was clearly artificial. The taste made it obvious that it wasn’t fresh mango juice, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, while the food had its highlights and the fresh bread stood out, the atmosphere and some aspects of the experience didn’t quite meet...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and professionalism were not a priority. The tables were dirty and sticky, with leftover crumbs and smudges from previous guests. To make matters worse, flies were constantly buzzing around i asked the waiters for a fly fan they apologise that they have only one , which is both unsanitary and incredibly off-putting while trying to eat.
The staff was equally unprofessional—rude, inattentive, and disorganized. Tried to forceme to set inside whilei preferred to set outside but unfortunately she wasn'table to cleanthe outsidetable. When i politely pointed it out, i met with attitude rather than an apology.
Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-managed...
