Be warned: they have no customer service. There is no phone number, there is no office.
They have a chat box in the app and you will only get responses like “we forwarded your issue to concerned team”. I wish I read the reviews before joining. Due to a problem from their side my line will not work, and they will not solve the problem nor give me back my money back. I never gave a negative review in the UAE before this. The employees at the kiosk are innocent and they will try to help but even they cannot do anything other than asking you to use the chat box. I paid for 12 months service in advance and still they won’t give me any response. Since my line doesn’t work my colleagues cannot reach me, bank transactions that need OTP do not work anymore. If your line works then you got LUCKY. If you have ANY problem then you will deal with this non-existent customer service. Virgin Mobile in other countries was good and this is why I thought of using them here. BIGGEST MISTAKE. They had a chance to turn my experience from negative to positive, but still one week later and nothing. 0 accountability. I escalated this to legal but that takes weeks to resolve.
They are so shameless that they still send me smileys and hearts in the chat box!
Go to Etisalat, go to Du, you will pay more but they have a huge team ready to help and they are not hiding...
