The highlight of the meal was the fungi risotto, which was perfectly creamy with earthy flavors that were both comforting and refined. The service at 1881 is outstanding. The staff are not only professional and polite, but also very friendly and easy to talk to. They take the time to explain each dish, where the ingredients come from, and how it’s prepared. Their passion for great food really shows, and it makes the meal feel even more special.

Now, the food —absolutely incredible. Everything is made with high-quality ingredients and plated beautifully.

My personal favorites were the risotto, which was creamy and full of flavor, and the pizza, which had a crispy crust and fresh, tasty toppings. But honestly, every dish on the menu is amazing. You can really taste the care and skill in every bite.

the highlight of the day were the mix berry ice tea and the fried calamari. I loveeee the after taste of the mix berry ice tea. it not too sweet, just the way i love it. for the calamari was AMAZING, perfectly seasoned, not greasy at all, very soft, and fresh. the sauce is just okay, but if you just eat the calamari is just amazing the way it is.

and also, the complimentary garlic bread was MY FAV!, you need to add olive and the balsamic to enhance the max flavour. i love it so much cause they serve it warm
