The place have only leftovers of other carrefours. If you send your son or husband shopping with a list, put 7 alternatives for each item as they will not find the exact item you will need nor the 2nd alternative nor the 3rd in line. The fruits and vegetables are limited (maybe due to lack of space or simply considering it a small market) and can stay for 2 days before adding new fresh refill. limited choice of all items (i wanted to buy the 4 fingers kitkat which should be a basic but they had none, not even the 2 fingers ) . I stopped going shopping there unless i need coke or milk but when it comes to taste and cuisines and specific items or weekly grocery shopping i just go to the nearby union coop or Mirdif Carrefour Branch....

Very bad customer service from the staff, went at 11 pm to purchase some Somked Turky, and the Staff rejected to give me my order and the reason is, he already clean the machine and he is closing the kitchen at 11 pm which is made by his own policy, and this is not the first time he said the same things, in fact the shop is open till 12 midnight, the problem is, when I called the supervisor and informed him about what happened, he ask the staff Ali to get the order ready as the market still open till 12 pm, and he refused to listen to his supervisor either, very rude staff and he don’t deserve to work for a such big organization, not recommended to at all.very bad...
