Hefty price / Overpriced. For 1 Dhiram pin change, they charged me 20 Dhiram. Even though they were charging me 20aed for the Watch Service, they didn't even dare to clean or service my watch. Asked about that pin's price, they excused me by telling " pin costs only 1 Dhiram, you could get the watch changed in repaired within 5 dhirams in BurDubai or elsewhere, but here we charge this much for even small repair." But thing I couldn't understand till now is that, when I asked about the cost at first, (before that he grabbed watch from me and went to service room ) said me in feeble, "pachaz Dhiram(50 Dhiram)" then I asked again he said in feeble voice which I didn't understand "5(five)" . I failed to recollect what exactly he meant and took some seconds to regain what he said, by that time watch was repaired( just inserted the pin) and he came outside saying " """ beez ---- 20 dhirams."""" I was shocked and again asked. He threatened me by saying I have already said the price before repairing (technically yes, but intended to not be heard by me) Last I have paid the price and left the shop writing...

I bought a tyoe c iphone charger and italfunctiomed after a couple of months. The brand is iCloud..I passed by and told the gentleman there not expecting a refund. He asked me to bring the charger in with the receipt. I did on the next visit and was told it's past the return period. Ha? Save yourself the trouble. Buy from Amazon. They don't ask you twice about faulty chargers. MY REPLY TO your post : I bought two fast chargers from your shop, one for local use and the other international.Both went bad. I brought the receipt for the international one I threw away while on my trip. I brought the receipt for that one but the dysfunctional cord of the other. Yes, receipt didn't match the product but both came from your shop. The gentleman there told me you don't carry that brand in your shop anymore. So yes, I did buy it from your shop. I'll look for the card statement and post on here. I'm not trying to defame your store so I'd appreciate it if you don't...

Very bad company they take my watch to fix and charge me 100 dirhams then the watch second day after I receive stoped working, they ask again to pay another 100 which is weired then I ask them to refund the money they said no we can’t while the watch was not fixed … never go there again

Now the owner responded with all lies and not true information which show how this company is cheating the customers…. I didn’t claim my watch is worth 40k my watch is cerruti worth 1100 dhs however this is not your business how much my watch worth ,,,, I didn’t ask anyone to fix the numbers your guy said the number not allowing the arrow to move that’s why it drain the battery which was replaced less than two months ago in your shop …. I have my watch for fixing and paid 100 dhs and second day my watch stopped to work and the owner of the company instead of refunding reply with lies … what a...
