Vietnamese Snack Food Cafe Restaurant - Dubai Silicon Oasis branch — Restaurant in Dubai

I spoke to the owner around 4pm by phone. Explained I was going there to eat & that I had a Groupon voucher . At first she was hesitant to accept it but eventually agreed. I booked a table for 2 for 8pm & gave her my name. I reached the restaurant . 2 staff there , a very old lady who didn’t speak any English or Arabic , and a chef also didn’t speak a word of English or Arabic. I tried to explain that I had a groupon , she refused to serve me. We went back & fourth for almost 45 mins . During this time I am calling the owner back (15 calls) but no answer from her. I leave the establishment and head home . Around 30 mins after leaving I tried to call her again & this time she answers the call. Her excuse was her phone was in her bag. No apology/empathy for wasting my time. I travelled for over an hour from Dubai mall to get to this establishment . She told me she would get back to me but till now no contact from her. I would avoid going to this establishment at all costs. The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life . Owner completely careless about wasting peoples time & money . Have reported the owner and the establishment to the Dubai ministry of economy & to Dubai municipality. I will let them...

Absolutely worst restaurant i ever have been at. We was the only customer and the food tok 1 hr, I ordered nodules with prawns, I resived very small portion with 2 pieces of prawns( 1 prawns devided 2), asked for tea brought coffee and when I told him this is coffe he said no it's tea. I ordered cold normal water, I got hot sparkling water, when I asked t return he ignored me. Still he charged me full amount for everything, food water and coffee I didn't eat or drink at all. 110 for very small noddles and small rice and 1 piece chicken l, 1 coffee which i didn't ordered and 1 water which I didn't ordered.
