We met our driver at the hotel. Although he was friendly, he was quite reserved during the drive and played loud music. Upon arriving at what seemed to be a rundown location for buggies and quad bikes, we encountered several vendors of Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi descent selling soft drinks, ice creams, sweets, and other food items. While our driver did provide us with water, we ended up waiting in the heat for what felt like at least an hour. Our driver made little or no conversation with us but did speak into his phone on several occasions in what I believe was Arabic
The quad bike area was concerning as the use of a helmet was not required, and there were a number of injuries sustained by other tour members. We then went dune bashing, but the desert was littered with water bottles and debris from broken buggies and cars. At one point, a man with a bird approached us and tried to charge for a photo
After another say 30-minute drive,, we arrived at "the camp" (Oasis Palm Tourism) where we had to switch vehicles and received a new driver. This new driver was imported worker from Pakistan. The switch-over location was a desert that was littered with trash. Upon arrival at "The camp" we were again disappointed. The camel ride was brief, lasting only about five minutes. We were persistently approached and pressured by vendors from Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi backgrounds to purchase various items such as perfume and negotiate for alcohol. We also were pressured by a non-Arab for a photo as well as an a picture with a bird. The camp featured belly dancers and other performers, including one who appeared to be Asian. While this may reflect an effort towards inclusivity and diversity, it did not contribute to an authentic experience
Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and it seemed that the only way to fully enjoy it might be if one were significantly intoxicated. I do not recommend this experience and would like to...

I recently had the pleasure of booking a desert safari with Desert Safari Dubai | Desert Leap Safari Tourism L.L.C., and it was one of the most exhilarating and memorable experiences I’ve ever had in Dubai! From start to finish, the entire adventure was impeccably organized and packed with thrilling activities that made the day unforgettable.
Our driver, Anees, was absolutely fantastic. His exceptional driving skills made the dune bashing experience both thrilling and safe. He expertly navigated the dunes, making it a heart-racing yet smooth ride. Anees was also very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about the desert, which added a personal touch to the journey.
The evening continued with a picturesque sunset, followed by a warm welcome at a beautifully set-up desert camp. The hospitality was top-notch — we enjoyed delicious Arabic coffee and dates upon arrival. The dinner buffet was a feast of mouth-watering traditional and international dishes, with options that catered to all tastes and dietary preferences.
Entertainment at the camp was equally impressive. The live Tanoura dance performance, mesmerizing belly dancing, and captivating fire show kept us thoroughly entertained throughout the evening. Henna painting, camel rides, and sandboarding were also available, adding a unique cultural touch to the experience.

Read moreDisappointing experience with Aleen. Driver took us to a place trying to sell us the quad bike rides , we rejected the deal and he let us waiting for an hour, for no reason at the quad bikes area, he should take us to the desert and give us enough time for photos and sandboarding. Then he took us for dune bashing, and he left us only for 5 minutes to take photos in the desert. We were so mad and disappointed, because 5 minutes are so less for photos, and he lied to us that we are going to go to another place for photos, which we didn't. Also he never told us about sandboarding, and we didn't do that. He lied again when we asked him about sandboarding , that we are going to go for it, but we never did. I don't recommend this tour to anyone, there are better options out there.
** After reading your unacceptable reply, I have to say that you provide cheap excuses and lies. You keep lying about stuff.
We never said anything about the others in the trip , liars. Also by the time we rejected the bike, we should keep moving, no reason to stay there. Also the tour program is yours, you should recommend us the sandboard, not waiting us to recommend it. 6 minutes was the photo stop, and I didn't ask you to take us photos, we could do it by ourselves, but you lied that we should go because we have more...
