This delay was completely unacceptable, and it greatly impacted my overall experience with the restaurant.

I had reasonably expected a timely delivery. Unfortunately, the excessively delayed arrival left me both hungry and disappointed. Such tardiness not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted my plans for the day.

However, I must mention that I did not accept the order and returned it without making the delivery person unhappy.
