I recently had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience at Safari Mall - First store mobile shop. I purchased a mobile phone on 20-09-2023, and to my dismay, the device was clearly damaged when I received it.
Not only was the phone in a less-than-optimal condition, but what made matters worse was the shop's response to the issue. When I approached the customer service team to address the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a complete lack of willingness to take responsibility for the faulty product they had sold to me.
The most concerning aspect of this experience was the store management's total refusal to replace the damaged phone. Despite providing ample evidence of the phone's condition upon receipt, they refused to acknowledge their mistake or take any corrective action. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to address the issue in a professional and customer-centric manner was extremely disheartening.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Safari Mall Furniture Section during my recent purchase of a sofa set and dining table set.
At the time of payment, I specifically inquired about the Tabby installment option, but I was informed that only card payments were accepted. Later, I noticed the credit card installment plan option and requested the cashier to process it. Unfortunately, the cashier informed me that it could not be done from their side and advised me to call the bank.
After contacting my bank, I was told that the installment request could only be initiated by the merchant. When I explained this to the furniture section, I was told to send an email. I sent the email immediately, but I have not received any response to date.
Today, I tried calling the furniture section again and requested to speak with a supervisor or manager. I was kept waiting for over half an hour, and eventually, the line was disconnected. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
From the beginning, it was clear that the cashier and even the manager present during payment lacked knowledge of installment plan procedures. Moreover, the managerās behavior was dismissive and rude, which made the entire experience worse.
