Nice place to have fun in, one of few trampoline centres in Aberdeen. It's not expensive and you probably will be happy to go there especially first time. There is also a climbing part of the building(if you want to go there you need to buy another ticket, trampoline ticket doesn't include climbing) it has some walls you climb on and every wall has its level (1,2 or 3). I like trampolines more because there is much more space for trampolines. Trampolines are usually not so busy, you always will find a place to jump on. But the "Jump In" workers don't mind if small kids would violate the rules(jump on the same trampoline with you or don't wait until you are out of the airbag and jump on you so you can accidently break something, that almost happen to me). There are three parts of trampolines:
Photos aren't mine, I just found them in the internet. There are not much photos about Aberdeen's Jump In, but I put all I found so you know...
Read moreOverall, the place is very nice and interesting. Kids can really have a great time here. Thereâs plenty of space and a lot of attractions. The food is quite good. However, when it comes to drinks, I wouldnât recommend the coffee. As for table service, itâs a complete disaster.
Itâs Saturday, and the place is packed with kids and adults. There are many birthday parties happening at the same time. Yet, they have just one person working in the restaurant, serving both the tables and handling people picking up orders on-site.
Nobody informed me that the table service would be so limited and slow. If they know they have only one staff member for such a big crowd, they should either put up a notice at the entrance or include this information online when making a booking. Some kind of heads-up would have been helpful. Instead, there was absolutely no information.
I had to wait 27 minutes for tea and fries. Thatâs 27 minutes from the moment I received a text confirming my order to the moment I actually got it. When I asked the staff member about it, she said she was working alone and couldnât do anything about it. While I tried to explain that it wasnât her fault she was alone, but rather her employerâs for understaffing such a busy shift, she got offended and defensive, as if I had been shouting at herâwhich I wasnât.
So, my review is as follows: for the venue itself, I give it a 5. For the...
Read moreWe celebrated my son's birthday today (January 25th ). Party started at 5 p.m. Kids have been called at 6:30 p.m. for pizza and cake... and then have to wait the first 10 minutes. They were only allowed to sit at the table and watch how the other children at the next table have their pizza. You can't play at that time. So the first question is: why pizza can't be ready when you call kids to eat it? Then we have to wait additional 20 minutes to have our cake. I approached twice and asked if is possible to serve the cake faster as the kids really want to try it. This normally takes just 5 mins in any other place. Kids cried as other kids at the opposite table had their cake in time... Finally, after 20 mins we got our cake wrapped in napkins... It looked that way that you didn't even want to eat. Your employees said that they thought that the children were full of pizza, but no one asked me or the children. Why you did do that without asking us? Everyone wanted to eat cake in the institution. I was very disappointed and upset. So we just waited 20 minutes to have our cake ready in such a way we didn't even expect. If you don't have time to serve a few tables in time why this can't be done earlier? Pizza can be ready when you call the kids, and while the kids eating it you can cut the cake... Kids are very disappointed and so are adults. This is...
