Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

Used to be one of my favourites. They introduced parking charges. I come here very often so I don't make it my business to look for signs in a car park I come to for years. They sent me a £100 fine for coming here for coffee. I went to the coffee shop to dispute it and they said that there's nothing they can do for me. The gentlemen in the coffee shop was understanding and helpful - the blonde lady, not so much - extremely rude - instead of attempting to help, she turned this into a discussion about whether if I'm truly a regular customer. Happy to supply bank statements to not be treated like filth. ...

Compare and contrast drinks. The first pic is supposed to be a golden caramel frosting. Wow the gent who served us was rude and didn't even bother making the drink how it was supposed to be made, I won't name him as he's irrelevant now. I returned drinks and was helped by a lovely girl called Katie who made 3 fresh drinks and couldn't be any more helpful. I told her I didn't want to make a fuss but she was very helpful and went out her way. The service was terrible, there were 3 members of staff on and I have never seen such miserable looking people, I went to order and I was abruptly asked if I have done track and trace and I showed my phone, I had tea and a panini the tea was lukewarm and the sandwich was like slops on the plate, I then ordered a hot chocolate with cream and the cream was off, no apologies just ok I'll make you another one, all in all terrible service terrible drinks/food I certainly won't...
