Greggs — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

So 3* why so low? Well I have one complaint,one which annoys me quite a bit. Everything is normally fair there, if you wanna stay in you get an extra charge, fair enough. If you wanna go straight out it's cheaper but you have to eat outdoors, there's a toilet and they even accept mobile pay. So what is the problem? Very simple, why do you go to Greg's? Me, I go there for food. Well duh, you're not gonna go there for car parts. But, if you're buying a Baguette, be careful, honestly when I go to buy them I have to press the sides to make sure I won't cut my mouth whilst trying to eat it. Long story short, occasionally, I say occasionally but lately it's been usually. The baguettes are stale-ish. They aren't so stale that they fracture as you bite but they are hard enough to make your gums bleed due to the sharp and hard flakes. Everything else is great, yum yums are yummy, and the pies are ace, but the baguette sandwiches really let...

Frequently go hear to try (try being key) to get some quick food. There shelves are always (really always) empty of cooked food at every time of day. My most recent visit there were about 8 people waiting upto 16min for food to be ready, not really acceptable for somewhere thats ment to be quick. There was only two members of staff on, a younger lad who was handeling money then handing food without washing hands or putting on gloves and not responsive. The second was an older lady who didnt seem to know there was a que or lack of food, she was friendly. Think the staff could do with some training in the following areas: Hygiene! I ordered Greggs x4 pizza and a hot chocolate.

I called the store to get an update(I have stammer) but the staff member answered the phone but hung up on me when I head about to speak - Which is extremely rude .

The pizzas was alright but look warm, Hot-Chocolate was alright.

A bit expensive on the price due to rude customer service , Give someone a chance to speak because hanging up the phone .

I will never recommend Greggs or go back/ get my food...
