I like to make my flatbread or naan at home. Although I make a well developed tasty dough, unfortunately I don’t have a good oven or a any very high temperature solution. I have never tried a proper Indian naan, so let’s try this. I arrived to pick up my 3 different flatbreads but the first impression wasn’t good because the service was below the expectations. The whole family shared the naans and nobody liked it. It was well burned, but the crispy outer layer was spongy. That means for me they made hours before. I will definitely be trying the other...

Both the chicken tikka and the lamb bhuna that I ordered were fantastic, and I mixed them with garlic naan. The chicken tikka is superior than that served at any of the other restaurants in Aberdeen. The beginning of a mixed grill was delicious as well; the tandoori chicken was exceptionally tender and did not have a chewy texture at all.
